Home delivery
When an order consists of small products, it will be sent with DPD. You will receive a letter from us via email MY ACCOUNT code with which you can track the order. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again the next day. In addition, it is possible to schedule a delivery time of your choice with the code on the delivery card.
Home delivery (pallet)
It is possible that we pack an order on a pallet and send it with DHL Freight. We never do this without informing you in advance by phone or email. For a pallet shipment it is useful if someone is at home. A pallet shipment can also be followed via MY ACCOUNT
Pick up at ServicePoint
For small products it is possible to have your order delivered to a DPD Collection Point. With the MY ACCOUNT You can see the code when the package has arrived at the Collection Point, it will remain available for 7 days after delivery.
Home delivery (own transport)
When you order large products or place a large order for a project, for example, we will deliver these products ourselves. This will always be done by appointment, indicating a time frame in which the products will be delivered.
