Are you not satisfied with your purchase or is it not what you expected? Then it is possible to return your order within 14 days, undamaged and in the original packaging.

How do I return an item?

  1. Look up the order number of your order. The order number can be found in your online account at www.laveta.nl or on the invoice.
  2. Send an e-mail to info@laveta.nl and state which item you wish to return.
  3. Pack the product well, including packing slip/order number, so that we know which order it belongs to. 
  4. a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
  5. Return the item to us in its original packaging. 
  • Tip: When sending your item by parcel post, always ask for a proof of shipment. With this you can prove that you have actually sent the item.

Return policy of laveta

  • At Laveta you have 14 calendar days to indicate that you want to return an item. Have you ordered several items at once? Then the return period starts on the day you received the item. From the moment you have indicated to laveta you want to return an item, you must send it within 14 days.
  • The item is present, in the original packaging..
  • You must handle the item you want to return with care.
  • Return the item with all accessories supplied.
  • Gift vouchers and software (subscriptions) cannot be returned. 
  • a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products not returnable.
  • b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  • c. that are clearly personal in nature;
    d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
    e. that can spoil or age quickly;
    f. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
    g. for individual newspapers and magazines;
    h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.

Return shipping costs

Recovery
If you cancel the Agreement, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your account no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel the Agreement. We will refund you the same payment method you used for the purchase. Prepaid shipping costs will be deducted from the cost of our return service. If you return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded, but you will not pay for our return service. Sometimes it takes a while for a returned item to be processed. As a result, it is possible that the return shipment will not be processed on your bank statement. This will appear on a later account statement.

Not processed
Returns If you return an item, we will process it within 14 days. Our warehouse is very busy at the moment, so bulk returns can sometimes take a little longer to process. Did you return an item more than 21 days ago, but it's not yet on your statement? Contact our customer service and we will immediately start an investigation.

How long is our warranty period?

Providing the highest quality and best warranty is our commitment to our customers. All items are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery, except for refurbished products, which have a 12 month warranty.

What is not included in the warranty?
- Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse, tampering, incorrect voltage or installation, or wear and tear are not included.
- In the case of computer products, the warranty does not cover virus removal, software recovery for this reason, or hard drive reinstallation after formatting.

If you are not sure after receipt whether you have made the right decision, it is possible to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product may only be returned in its original condition and packaging. You can therefore safely view and touch the product, but not yet use it.

Shipping costs for returning product

Returning products is at the customer's expense. at your choice with which shipping company

only if the product is within the warranty and there is something wrong with it, then it will be at our expense and the customer will receive a return slip

 

These items are sealed and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.

The above articles of course retain the warranty of 2 years after the date of receipt.

 

Return and exchange conditions
It is possible to return an ordered product within 14 days. It is also possible to exchange one product for another. It is important that the returned or exchanged items are in their original condition. View our returns process to return or exchange items.

Possible solutions
When returning your product or order, we can offer one of the following solutions, depending on the condition of the product.

Refund:

Is the product still in its original condition and original packaging and returned within 14 days? Then we will refund the purchase amount to the account known to us. This does not apply to the following products:

Does the product not satisfy you and can another product meet the expectations? Then we can exchange the product for another product of your choice.

Partial Compensation:

Is the product incomplete, without packaging, damaged or used? Then, after receipt, we will see what compensation we can offer.

This can be up to 75% of the purchase amount.

To cancel an order:

If you cancel an order before we have shipped it or return the items within 14 days, we will refund the amount you paid. We will do this as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after your return has been processed.

To which account will it be refunded?
The amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay. So no other account number can be passed on. If your account number is not known to us, we will contact you.

Can I check the status of my refund?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the status of your refund anywhere. It differs per bank when the amount is back in your account. If you have not received anything after 14 days, please contact us.

Easy returns via the following steps:

Please contact us to request a return. If possible, state the reason why you are returning the product.
Pack the product well, in a sturdy box. Include a note with your details and put our return address in the box.
Drop off the package at the post office.
After receiving the package, we will refund the money or provide a solution within 14 working days.

You can return your package to our return address. Please ensure that the information below is clearly stated in the box. We will keep you informed of the status of your return.
